Dietary philosophy
We stand for artegen food that gives our bodies the right conditions to function as they should. The goal is to inspire you to want to eat better through good and nutritious food. No calorie counting, instead we teach you to feel for yourself what your body feels good about and needs, based on your needs and health goals.

Training philosophy
We are human beings and need to move to feel good. But there is no reason it should be boring or take hours of sweaty gym sessions. Our programs are based on functional training that can be done just as well at home as in nature, at the gym or in a hotel room.

Vegan diet
We understand if you choose to eat a vegan diet for personal reasons. However, because we work from an evolutionary health perspective, we do not recommend a completely vegan diet in the long term. With us, it is possible to eat a lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet with good results. However, our range of vegetarian recipes is not as large as our range of recipes with poultry, meat, fish and shellfish.
