If you have completed our Balance+40 program, you have the opportunity to continue with step 2 for 30 days. Starting on June 9, we will continue the journey together and anchor the foundation laid during the first program.

  • Educational materials: Every week we add knowledge to balance hormones in a sustainable way.
  • Recipes: 5 breakfast recipes + 21 lunch/dinner recipes, adapted for hormonal balance and weight loss
  • Recovery and balance: 3 guided meditations and 3 short mobility sessions/yoga.
  • Training: Short video sessions with our PTs + workouts to choose from for your own training, based on your choice of equipment.

Diet plans and recipes

We provide you with inspiring recipes and meal plans, carefully crafted to support your health goals. Our recipes are based on natural foods with a lower percentage of carbohydrates, but are still family-friendly and easy to prepare. We don't count calories.

Workout

Through simple workouts with your choice of equipment (choose between body weight, rubber bands, dumbbells or the gym) we help you train smart and strengthen your body.

Group coaching

All coaching during the program takes place on a platform called Mighty, you can participate both through an app or via a website from your computer. There you also receive support from the other participants.
