Where can I buy a glucose meter?

We recommend buying from Freestyle. Available here. The meter lasts for 15 days and 1 meter/program is enough, as you will learn a lot in 15 days. You can choose to have the meter at the beginning, middle or end of the program (put it on at the earliest on day 1 of the program, when you have received all the information)

How does coaching work?

In the Mighty app, you as a participant will have access to the program and group coaching. Here you will find recipes, all training courses and you can also ask your coach your questions. You will build on your health knowledge and receive encouragement and inspiration from the group.

How long can I keep the material in the app?

After completing the program, you can save the recipes and parts of the training material as PDFs, which means you can keep them for as long as you wish.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, with us you can pay via Klarna and choose installment payment.

What does the diet look like in the program?

We advocate a low-carb diet with lots of protein and natural ingredients. All our recipes are gluten-free and without refined sugar, adapted to stabilize blood sugar, facilitate weight loss, give you a calm stomach and good energy during the day.

What does the training in the program look like?

To control your sugar cravings, daily walks are your top priority. If you also want to work out at the gym, there are several gym classes to take part in.

I'm vegan - are there recipes for me in the program?

We understand that people choose to eat vegan for personal reasons. Since we work with diets that are supposed to benefit blood sugar, digestion and hormone balance while providing maximum nutrition, we have chosen not to accept clients who only eat a vegan diet (for example, because it would be difficult to get enough protein and at the same time meet our other requirements for the most beneficial diet). In our programs, we primarily base our diet on an animal-based diet, but for those of you who eat a lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet (i.e. a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy products), there is the possibility of adapting the recipes so that they work for you too.

Can I use my health care allowance?

You can use the receipt for your purchase as evidence for your employer to use your wellness allowance.

Can I drink coffee, tea and alcohol?

Nothing is forbidden, and you choose when you want to make your conscious exceptions. However, alcohol is something that has a fairly large impact on most areas of health, so we recommend that you minimize your intake as much as possible. Caffeine (found in both coffee and some teas) may be good not to overconsume because it can increase the cortisol surge in the body, which in turn affects both blood sugar and weight loss. As you get more energy from the food you eat, and better lifestyle habits, it will also become easier to reduce the number of cups of coffee/day.

Diet plans and recipes

We provide you with inspiring recipes and meal ideas, carefully crafted to support your health goals. Our recipes are based on natural foods with a lower percentage of carbohydrates, but are still family-friendly and easy to prepare.
We don't count calories.

Daily movement and exercise

In the program we recommend daily walks, but there are also gym sessions that are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Group coaching

All coaching during the program takes place on a platform called Mighty, you can participate both through an app or via a website from your computer. There you also receive support from the other participants.

Meals and recipes

You get recipes for all of the day's meals and choose which recipes you want to cook on which day. In addition to the recipes, you also get guidance on how to easily build your own nutritious meals (without counting calories!).
