"Living with epilepsy has made me more curious about the role of diet in it all over the years, and in 2022 I decided it was time to prioritize my health once and for all and try to feel as good as possible.

Sofia was a fantastic coach and made me realise that I had been stressing my body with overtraining and not eating enough protein for a long time. Being coached for a longer period of time gave me a new mindset: it's about long-term health, making conscious choices and good ones 80% of the time but that no one is perfect. I gained a completely different self-esteem and genuinely liked my body for the first time in adulthood."

I have struggled with my weight and the motivation to exercise and lose weight for a long time. I searched for motivation for a long time and finally found it when I realized that I wanted to get older and feel healthy, have more energy even though you get older.
What worked for me was that I immediately made a plan and then continued to plan week by week until it became a habit and a matter of course in my everyday life. But with the plan and the knowledge of what I could eat, it became easier and easier.
My body responded quickly and incredibly well when I increased my protein intake, balanced my blood sugar, and cut out gluten and sugar. The pounds came off quickly at first, but it was almost nice when it started to go a little slower, but still, my body responded to the strength training and my food choices and slowly became minus on the scale.
It has been fantastic to be able to feel full, avoid cravings and snacking. Instead, stick to the meals and the plan I set up each week for training and food.
