"I have really made a valuable journey. I have been aware of diet, exercise and health for a long time and have done my own in-depth research on this. Especially because I have a complicated stomach but also like to exercise. But this was a restart that I really needed. I had pain in my joints, had trouble sleeping, had low energy and felt depressed at times. My Achilles tendons, which have been struggling for 5 years, are now completely fine. " I used to stuff myself with a lot of things between meals and couldn't resist that bowl of sweets at work. I drank wine every Friday and Saturday. I probably still had a healthy thought at the bottom, as I said, I've been here many times before. I thought I'd eat better tomorrow.
With this program, my sweet tooth disappeared immediately. My energy and mood are usually at their peak, but if I feel low, I've eaten too little, which I never thought I would say about myself.

I have liked RE:YOU's concept of "training" at a leisurely pace during these 4 weeks. I have not experienced any stress with training that did not work out.
