How does coaching work?
In our own RE:YOU app, you will be able to access the program when you register at the start of the program. In the app, you will find important starting information, recipes and daily videos where you will learn more about blood sugar and health. Every day during the 30 days of the program, you will have access to a new short and educational video. The group coaching takes place in a closed Facebook group. Here you can ask your coach your questions, receive further lessons and encouragement and inspiration from the group.
How long can I keep the material in the app?
After completing the program, you can keep the material in the app for 6 months. You will also receive the recipes in PDF format and can save them.
I don't have Facebook, can I still join?
Some people choose to create an anonymous Facebook account, which they only use to view content in the Facebook group that belongs to a program. If you absolutely do not want to use Facebook, you still have access to all course material (recipes, daily videos, starting information) via the app. However, the group serves an important function when it comes to coaching (answers to questions, encouragement and help with challenges).
Can I pay in installments?

What does the diet look like in the program?
We advocate a low-carb diet with lots of protein and natural ingredients. All our recipes are gluten-free and without refined sugar, adapted to stabilize blood sugar, facilitate weight loss, give you a calm stomach and good energy during the day.
What does the training in the program look like?
To support your blood sugar and reduce your waist size, daily walking is your top priority and the recommended exercise during the program. If you are already exercising (e.g. strength training) before the program, just continue with the exercise that makes you feel good (but there are no specific workouts included in this program).
I'm vegan - are there recipes for me in the program?
We understand that people choose to eat vegan for personal reasons. Since we work with diets that are supposed to benefit blood sugar, digestion and hormone balance while providing maximum nutrition, we have chosen not to accept clients who only eat a vegan diet (for example, because it would be difficult to get enough protein and at the same time meet our other requirements for the most beneficial diet). In our programs, we primarily base our diet on an animal-based diet, but for those of you who eat a lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet (i.e. a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy products), there is the option of adapting the recipes so that they work for you as well. If you want an even more individually tailored diet, with several original vegetarian recipes, we recommend our Individual Coaching.
Can I use my health care allowance?
You can use the receipt for your purchase as evidence for your employer to use your wellness allowance.
Can I drink coffee, tea and alcohol?
Nothing is forbidden, and you choose when you want to make your conscious exceptions. However, alcohol is something that has a fairly large impact on most areas of health, so we recommend that you minimize your intake as much as possible. Caffeine (found in both coffee and some teas) may be good not to overconsume because it can increase the cortisol surge in the body, which in turn affects both blood sugar and weight loss. As you get more energy from the food you eat, and better lifestyle habits, it will also become easier to reduce the number of cups of coffee/day.
Meals and recipes
You get recipes for all of the day's meals and choose which recipes you want to cook on which day. In addition to the recipes, you also get guidance on how to easily build your own nutritious meals (without counting calories!).
